Extended psbA2 for Synechocystis

This is a promoter which has an extended 5' UTR relative to the previous biobrick submission of this promoter. The 5' UTR was exteneded because the previous version of this promoter has not been verified to work in Synechocystis spp. 6803, only in E. coli. We have also made a point mutation at the final adenine (A->T). This mutation creates a cut site for the restriciton enzyme NdeI when this part is followed by an ATG (start codon). Adding in this restriction site it allows for spacing between the upstream regulatory features that is more akin to the native use of this promoter then would be possible using biobrick assembly standards.
